Vector is a tech eco-system and program for Hovlim established by Migdalor - Israeli Naval Academy (‘Hovlim’) Alumni Association. Vector provides seed-stage tech startups with a 16-weeks program covering all aspects of building a successful start-up - combined with direct access to the diverse and exclusive human-capital of our Hovlim community. Our community includes proven and successful entrepreneurs, senior executives, investors and longtime industry experts. Vector is an intensive 14-weeks long program that offers:

Workspace – Central-location offices for the entire duration of the program.

Networking – Direct access to the Hovlim Alumni network.

Mentoring – Intimate mentoring from the best in your field. 

Expert Workshops – Learn from the best how to be the best.

Office hours – 1:1 sessions with leading industry experts.

Eco-System – Get familiar with our key partners and advisors.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Seed stage companies with innovative technology and product.

    At least one founder / core team member who is a Hovlim alumnus.

  • Fully committed entrepreneurs - not side projects.

  • Teams of at least 2-3 - not individuals.

  • Participation in all sessions and meetings - a must.​
